If corporate culture becomes too thick and profit margins replace god and ethics, doesnt the community deserve to see into the board room? wroking to subpoena executives and come to know how exorbitant profits are being hidden, misused (for private defense and  market disruption purposes) or (outsourced to foreign headquarters (to maintain competitve market positions/leverage against U.S. lawmakers and legislature.) what can we do?

 

 

A:

Church boards, community boards, and social groups can all come together to support the lobby or political interests that is specifically/situtationally appropriate.

    A.mbassador I.dependent C.hristian Mission-Lobby is a rescue for excellent rescuees, volunteers and interns to learn life changing vocation-trade and education-seminary life structuring. 

For those that have a penchant for persusion, there is a grassroots and even Direct lobby means for persuing progress in city council forums, state and national capitol demonstrations and congressional meetings.

Why dont more people write to their senators and representatitives about these issues? why arent more people lobbying for a response?

 

 

A:

U.S. culture isnt putting enough attention and value on the political forum. In a lot of cases, theres anti-social precident being broadcast to the nation condeming the good sameritan and promoting the villian! 

    Negativity glorification has resulted in a tragic departure from generations past moral and censorable media content. We see this in music and cinema especially and it corresponds directly to violence and illiegality rates in the nation.

should there be seperation of extremly dangerous prisoners from those inmates who are willing to be rehabilitated?

 

 

A:

Yes, the current classification system provides a 1 through 5 security level system, with the lower levels having many more work and rehabilitation programs. The higher levels are surrounded by electric fences and gueards with firearms.

What is being accomplished by incarcarating masses of vulnerable men and women in tight quarters?

Many report a stripping of their dignity by the prison facility itself, staff and the extremely negative culture. Theyre then released back into society with a chip on their shoulder and no plan.

 

 

A:

Recidivism is the result (people going back to prison, after being released). The U.S. has a recidivism rate of 85%. 

some states have much better Re-entry plans than others. Its imperative to help someone right away. Many states now are ceasing to regress parolees back to prison for failed drug tests. Drug use is considered an addiction and at risk individuals shouldnt be punished, just rehabilitated.

Is Corrections reform ready for an alternative (rehabilitation) sentencing reform on a large scale?

 

 

 

A:

Yes (inmate program enhancement is overdue), there should be more halfway-house and probation type placements. People are

Should America seek to level out its conviction rate? America is incarcerating over 25 times the number of people as other 1st world countries?

 

 

A:

Yes, We need to find and fix as many "punishment for participation" (drug addiction, prostitution, unorganized violence etc..) type cases/convictions as possible.

zeroing in on the initiator/orchestrator at fault is similar to old time sicilian mafia bosses in NY and Chicago.

Except, now the more widespead issue is corporate corruption (these factors have been accelerated by the stock market, making otherwise nonviolent persons extremely rich (quickly) and eager to manipulate business factors through sabotage and inside information.

Decrease (street/low level criminal) degredation in prisons and recidivism rates by offering safer corrections (re-habilitation and re-intigration programs and facilitites).

A:

Yes, the promoters of violent and illiegal content should be fined and regulated with monetary allocation going toward subsidization of public broadcasting suitable for families.

What are the Proper charges for crimes instigated by an "unseen party". example, a boss and his/her 2nd or 3rd  person manipulation (of) those accused of crimes:

Rogue millitia, organized crime, street crime groups. All three are terms known to describe groups that practice distancing themselves and then coercing the comission of a criminal act by extortion, bribery, pandering and propaganda. Whom is it that funds and orchestrates those force organizations?

 

 

 

 

A:

Oftern times, there is a mega- size/interest conglomerate behind those groups. Umbrella corporations are prone to using every means they can muster, from high, middle and very low places. 

America needs to take into consideration that there are no excuses, "thats just how it is" wont take us into the next millenium. Our European neighbors are much tighter on crime and have eliminated most exteme poverty by implimenting basic social minimum programs.

Q:Are criminal charges apropriate if one doesnt knowingly and voluntarily commit a crime? 

 

 

A: No, duress invalidates those charges, just like the submission of a involutary plea. Alternatives need to be explored as we look at the continued harm done to vulnerable (all) people in prisons.. 

 

 

 

 

 

Q: Is insanity, incompetence, disabililty or extreme duress a valid reason to consider alterantive measures?

In cases of extreme duress, (threats, extortion, source manipulation (of the accused individual,) (subtly percievable threats) or (brainwashing, mindbombing, fountainhead type of control).

 

 

A:Yes those are instances of someone being pushed beyond their own control. Someone else is behind their eyes and ears in a remote viewing phenomenon sometimes refered to in the physics sciences of the Human Energy Field as High Sense Perception. 

Why is this concept spoken on so hesitantly?

Why does it quailify as insanity to tell a psych doctor that you hear voices?

In films like Men Who Stare at Goats, why is their an air of comedic disbelief to the very real concepts?

Is there is a facist element in American culture that intends to limit and shape the awareness of potential consumers?

 

Q: How is a person best directed in searching for the right program to "reclaim their mindspace and time?"

 

A: Follow the rules, especially the original ones like the bible, its commandments and the United States Constitution. 

failing to really abide or flying so high that there isnt an obstacle in your way is a sure fire way to unsettle the long haul vision.

Harmonious living is a blessing. It may be looked down upon by some American consumers, but the collective dream is much greater than the spires and shadows that bring us into a fear frenzy of competitive criminal insanity.

Even in the educated and enlightened spiritual town of Boulder Colorado, we are "without comment" in the face of a reliegeous & politically based terror attack.

 

The need; to redouble our efforts to unify, acknowledge and refresh Faith is glaring. 

 

Boulder has a very strong Buddhist community being sister city to Tibet since the 1970s. The Christian vision is very strong, Pine street and Mapleton in Central/Old Boulder are vibrant, involved and powerful. Ive attended Bat-mitzvas and Bar-mitsvas since I was young.

 

Im curious to know if the Muslim community has a word to say on behalf of the peacful nature of true Islamic believers in Muhammed? 

If not, im ashamed to think they are being shuttered out or are in fear of showing their faith.

 

Jewish, Christian, Hindu and Buddhist Clerics owe a welcome hand to Islamic faithful to discuss that individual can be so far out of the peacful current, represented by all loving faiths.

Terrorist act in BOULDER: 

In an act of extremism, a man attacked a peacful vigil for Israeli hostages on beautiful pearl street mall, on the eve of the Jewish holiday Shavuot. One of the victims is a holocaust survivor.

 

using a homemade flamethrower and explosives, a 45 yr old man attacked a procession on people aged 67-88 yrs old. 6 or more people were burned, some severly.

 

 

Q: Should Americans be concerned about stateside terrorism from foriegn threats? 

 

 

A:

Yes, I am a Boulder native and I have never seen anything violent occure on Pearl Street mall. Its an upscale shopping and dinning outdoor walk and part of historic Boulders most prized architecture.

I believe this is the most serious attack since the King Soopers killings in 2022, (which were unprecidented for this peaceful sanctutary city).

There is an immediate need for city, state and national action to adress the violent behavior that has sweeped throught Boulder. Boulder touts the nations best education rate per capita and is the healthiest athletic city!

    Take notes on bizarre behavior and beware of anti-semetic and other hate rhetoric. Report it to police or federal govenment! even if you dont get a reposne, it will be documented!

 

Q: where does hate manifest from primarily? 

 

A:

Hate is a subjective emotion (based on narcicism, a selfish mindset).

There are many factors involved in the typical breeding grounds for terrorism. 

Beware of other, less threatening illiegal activities, as they may fund or provide a "blind zone" for the worst people to come together. Drug use and human trafficking often go hand in hand with extremism. Those activities lead the worst perpetreators to an inflated sense of power. Remember, one difference between real and contrived power, is whether it stands in the transparent light of open, unhidden truthful discussion. 

 

Q: Im interested in reverence. I see reverence as retaining and building my faith, integrity, inspiration and effectivness as a leader. How should I work towards that?

 

 

A:

Prayer, meditation, community, and refraining from excessive behavior is usually calming and lends to balanced decision making. Use these tools in tough times. If your unfailiar, you may becaome uncomfortable or restless. remember that neural pathways in the brain are restructured, leading to a metamophosis. The corresponding nervous signals in the spine and throughout the physical body react differently to the same stimulus. effective prayer, meditation, mindfulness is designed to continue the learning process and maturation results as "the things that we love" shift.
